I’m about 5’9 and 169 i’ve lost lost about 20 pounds i had over 25% body fat still losing but anyways it’s taking forever to get rid of the man boobs lol i can still feel the lumps under the skin like cellulite or whatever..annoys the hell outta me.

Hey Guru..
Im 5” 11′
15 years of age.
and roughly 200 pounds.
most of my weight is in my upper body.
I.E. stomach, sides, man boobs.
anywhoo, for two days now ive been drinking solemnly only water and eating “right”. As exercise ive been powerwalking on a machine for about 25 – 40 Daily and i sweat loads. My boobs arent all that “sagged”. just sticking out, and i want them to flaten out a bit, is that possible? ill finish this up in a PM.

Hey Kiwi, sorry for the late reply here – It could be that your just storing fat here or it could be gynecomastia.
Do you feel any lumps under the skin around the nipple? or does it just feel like normal fat like around your stomach?

To be honest it sounds like thats just the way your are, like you say if its not excess fat pushing them out?
All I would say is – have they always been like that or was it a sudden change? If they changed suddenly then it could be worth getting checked out by a doctor. Sorry I couldnt be of more help

Well some people stick out more than others, the fact it changed when you were 12 would say puberty played a part. It doesnt sound anything serious, like you dont have any hard lumps under them or anything do you?

hey im 15 and 6 foot and about weight about 155
i dont really know if i have man boobs but my nipples stick out really far and i was wondering if it was normal

its a hormonal problem, google foods with zinc in it, it increases testosterone, that will help

no i haven’t. they are normal size around its just they stick out a little farther and a little puffier they are like super noticable they just concern me and i’m kinda emberassed to take my shirt off. if i do take it if its to swim and i try to make my nipples hard first then i jump in quick that way people don’t notice them

It is a myth. do some reasearch on it. Weight training is fine you are 14 and your muscles are at a state where they are elonggating and when you work out and get more bulcky they make beeter looking muscles so do it.. WILL NOT STUNT GROWTH.

umm your best waiting until your at least 16 before starting weight training. If you do wanna do weights use LIGHT weights and you should be ok

Yeah cardio helps to burn fat everywhere, especially if you keep doing the resistance work too. You will probably notice it coming off your stomach then a more marked reduction in chest fat.

thanks for the vids. Ive been doing the excersises for about 2 weeks and my chest has gotten a bit more muscular
also ive started doing cicuits at a school club and we do cardio cycling as well. does cardio burn fat oon your chest really well?
