That’s simply not true, I was 315lbs, I dropped down to 190lbs with labor jobs, then I gained a bit of weight, got sober, started doing a lot of bodybuilding, I’m not 6’3 210lbs, perfect shape, best condition ive ever been in , u would never know I have bitch tits, only thing that resembles the way I looked before was a few stretch marks that are fading because I use strivectin cream.

just working out doesnt take away breat tissue, it takes away fat, if u have man boobs (gyno) and u still workout it wont help no matter how low body fat u r, trust me i compete nationally in npc bodybuilding, i had to have mine removed
