    i met him in person about a month ago at the lax airport. my friend and i talked to him for a good 20mins and he’s a really down to earth and just plain great guy. that’s awesome though i’m definitely gonna see this movie now.

    GIVE him, a break People.

    He’s come out of his extreme privacy shell enough to want this announcement to be posted in YT, and I think Emile deserves kudos for that, eh?

    I hope this is a good movie. I’m a Speed Racer fan from way back in the Seventies. It was my first anime, before I knew there was such a thing.
    I know nothing of Emile Hersch. My opinions of him will develop as I see how he handles being Speed Racer.

    Quick question: Whose idea was it to have Emile record this I’view and then upload THAT, here? The Directour’s or Emile’s himself? IF it was Emile’s, then may I commend him for coming out of his privacy shell a bit more? Emile, you’ll KILL as Speed!
